why doese waste oil coke easily during distillation process?

Author:

Used lubricating oil contains a variety of impurities, and due to the presence of detergent dispersants (a commonly used additive)

Used lubricating oil contains various impurities. Due to the presence of detergent detergent, dispersants, etc., these impurities are stably dispersed in the used lubricating oil before distillation and cannot be removed by filtration or sedimentation. As the distillation process , the additives in the used lubricating oil are degraded by high temperatures, losing their dispersing function, causing these impurities to precipitate and accumulate. This easily leads to scaling and blockage at the bottom outlet of the distillation column and pipelines. Therefore, the Vbolt distillation equipment is equipped with a dedicated automatic or manual (according to requests) slag discharge port to effectively avoid this problem.
