Group I&II base oil can be obtained by the following technology:
(1)Pretreatment to remove particle and impurities from oil, Filter/Flocculant Precipitation/Centrifuge are optional.
(2)Adopt independent operating system of flash distillation technology for dewatering primarily.
(3)Oil vapor will evaporate at different boiling points to produce base oil in the fractionating distilation column. Then combined with 

large area condensers to improve oil gasification efficiency. 
(4)Refining process: can choose clay, silicone sand, solvent extraction according to the market demand.

The whole process is environmental- friendly ,the colloid and asphaltene in the waste engine oil are all into sludge, can be used as asphalt/bitumen.
